1. Truekinetix TrueTrainer
The Truekinetix TrueTrainer is a state-of-the-art indoor bike trainer that uses robotics and AI to provide a more natural pedal force experience through its TrueForce Technology. With a maximum resistance of 2,600 watts, the device can be connected to an external monitor through HDMI or third-party apps such as Zwift and Rouvy via Bluetooth, ANT+, and Wi-Fi. 2. Withings U-Scan
The Withings U-Scan is a hockey puck-sized device that clips onto your toilet bowl to analyze urine samples. The device uses replaceable cartridges to measure different aspects of your health, such as ovulation, vitamin levels, hydration levels, and overall nutrition. By connecting the device to the Withings app via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, you can receive guidance on how to interpret test results and improve your health. The device is slated for release in Europe in Q2 2023 and will cost €499, with replacement cartridges available separately or as part of a monthly subscription.
3. alphabeats
alphabeats is a health technology company that was recognized as an innovation award honoree at CES 2023 for its alphabeats device. The headband-style tool monitors brain activity and uses music to help athletes enter a flow state, characterized by alpha brainwaves and associated with high performance. Equipped with EEG sensors and music-based biofeedback, the device triggers your brain to produce higher alpha brainwave activity, with regular use resulting in noticeable improvements in mental function over time.
4. Heybike Tyson
The Heybike Tyson is a foldable electric bike constructed from a single piece of magnesium alloy, making it both lightweight and strong. Featuring beefy 4" fat tires, a hydraulic front suspension fork, and a 750W motor, the bike is suitable for riding on pavement or gravel trails. With a 48V 15Ah battery and 720Wh capacity, the Tyson has a maximum range of 55 miles in pedal assist mode and also includes an anti-theft system using built-in GPS, spokeless wheels for reduced maintenance costs, and a thumb throttle for speed on demand. 5. AeviceMD
AeviceMD is a smart wearable stethoscope developed by Aevice Health that continuously and passively analyzes chest sounds to log measurements for respiratory rate, heart rate, and wheeze into a companion app. Using AI, the device can detect and analyze abnormal lung sounds to determine if they are indicative of diseases like asthma and COPD, potentially allowing for early health interventions. AeviceMD is being used in a clinical trial conducted by Singapore's National University Health System to quantify its use in detecting wheezing in asthma patients.
6. ErgoSportive Smart Bed
The ErgoSportive Smart Bed is a smart bed that provides a personalized sleep experience by
adjusting its position to suit the user's preferred sleeping position and body shape.
